All items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as work begins promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in crafting and packaging your order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:
A clear photo of the item and packaging

When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and ready to ship or be delivered within 5–7 business days.
For custom orders, we’ll communicate directly with you regarding the timeline once the design is finalized.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
How do I care for my apparel?
We recommend washing items inside out in cold water and laying flat to dry or tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly on designs or embellishments.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Because of the custom nature of our items, we begin production quickly after you've placed your order. Please reach out immediately if you need to make a change—we’ll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't begun processing.
